Group Therapy (Starting January 2026)
We are proud to offer Group Therapy Sessions starting in mid January 2026.
- Our five Group Therapy focus areas will be on Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Intimacy (couples), and Parenting.
- Each group session will last approximately 75-90 minutes and will be led by at least one of our Licensed Professional Counselors on staff.
